Can you actually use a restaurant sized condiment jar before it goes bad? Probably not, even despite all the salt and sugar in them. So, if you are wasting some, you’re wasting your money, and thus you aren’t actually saving some money. In addition to that you have to sacrifice a lot of fridge space for those massive containers. A good rule of thumb here is, if you can’t reach the bottom with a butter knife, it’s for business use, not a home kitchen.
